According to the different materials, there are three kinds of hot melt powder such as PES, PA and TPU, which can meet the requirements of different temperature washing.

PA/PES/TPU Hot Melt Powder

Product Characters: Each kind of hot melt powder can be divided into fine powder (0-80U), medium powder (80-200u) and coarse powder (200-250u) according to its application range.

It can meet the washing requirements of 45 degrees, 60 degrees and 90 degrees.

Instructions for use: 1. Added to hot melt glue. According to customers’ requirements, it is suggested to add 15% -30% of hot melt powder, which is suitable for 80-150 mesh screen printing.

2. Spraying powder process. Spray the powder directly when the ink is non-drying.

Transfer conditions: The hot stamping temperature is 130-150 degrees for 6-15seconds.
